2013
This is the first house I ever bought, and I have just moved back here, after renting it out for 7 years.
I haven't done any decorating yet as I don't have the time, and it's still 'just painted white' !
So far I've arranged all my furniture, and hung pictures, and it's a joy to be back here again.

2014 - I've changed the cushions on the sofa and updated the gallery wall, since the first picture.

Please note - I really don't like the topiary tree fabric on the armchair, but it was FREE and I'm putting off making a slipcover and waiting till I win the lottery to get it covered professionally !

I can live with it like this, but I'm going to give it a makeover sometime. I want to box in the boiler on the left and paint all the cabinets in either a soft grey or white, then I need to freshen up the walls and sort out the light fitting. And if I ever find the energy, I want to take down the coving and put tongue and groove on the ceiling.
